I am Bernadette, the voice behind Bernadette Hal Talks Podcast. My work is sacred and I work for those moving through grief, heartbreak, and loss. After experiencing the devastating loss of my son and surviving an abusive relationship, I discovered a truth that transformed my life: even in our darkest moments, returning to love is the kindest thing we can do for ourselves. Through rituals, self-love practices, and embodied tools, I help men and women reconnect with their body, mind, soul, and spirit — not to “move on” from grief, but to integrate it and return home to wholeness.
